Accessible and secure, 24 hours a day, Adviser Chat is an innovative AI chat service for CTT’s member-advisers, providing direct answers to questions quickly and conveniently, so they in turn can provide an unrivalled level of service for their clients.

Adviser Chat is loaded with over 900 questions that have come directly from our specialist advisors and department leads. It’s updated weekly with responses to new queries and the latest legislation, so Adviser Chat always provides users with the most accurate, up-to-date advice.

As well as answering some of the more common queries that have a straightforward answer, Adviser Chat helps alleviate demand on our experts, so they can focus on solving your more complex cases even quicker.

It also serves as an invaluable training tool for new entrants who are looking to broaden their knowledge and deepen their understanding of specific areas within estate planning.

Live chat

Of course, AI can’t totally replace the personal service CTT gives our members. For more detailed queries, you can access a relevant team specialist via Adviser Chat’s live chat feature. Our team handle over 700 live chats a month, with everything from questions about estate planning, probate, and trust management to conveyancing, processing, and accounts, among others.

In fact, there’s very little our team can’t advise on. The cloud-based Live Chat is de-cached and has a two-stage login for enhanced cyber security and client discretion, so you don’t have to worry about GDPR or sharing sensitive client information.

For complex queries that require a more in-depth conversation, Adviser Chat provides a call-back option. You can leave a brief overview of your problem or query, and once our experts have a solution, a team member will get back in touch with a phone call to talk through the answer in more detail.

For one-to-one advice out of hours, you can raise a ticket through Adviser Chat and a member of our support team will contact you the following morning.
