We are delighted to announce that we are expanding on the success of the referral system, to now include House Sale/Purchase Enquiries directly to CTT Law via the Legacy Software.

We understand that being able to provide your clients with a range of services all through the Legacy Software, is important. With this in mind, we are adding a facility for clients who are selling their house or purchasing a house (or both simultaneously), to utilise our strategic partner CTT Law’s services. Not only will a quote be provided to the client for the necessary transaction, but we will also make the client aware of any Stamp Duty or CGT implications. This will ensure that, from the offset, the client know exactly what to expect from a financial perspective.

Added Features

By adding a ‘House Sale/Purchase Referral’ from the ‘Referrals’ section of the Legacy Software, you can now start to process the necessary service for your client. The Legacy Software will prompt you to answer a handful of questions based on the sale or purchase, resulting in a quote breakdown which you can send directly to your client.

The quote will include a full breakdown of associated fees and disbursements as well as a final quote amount.

We have also taken the time to include a Stamp Duty Calculator and a CGT Value to ensure that your client knows what they can expect to pay for this transaction overall. Once it is sent to the client via ‘Alpha Legacy’, they will be able to approve/decline the quote, and when it is actioned, you will receive a notification. If the client has accepted the quote, you can submit the order in preparation for its review/referral onto CTT Law.

Finally, by using the services of CTT Accountancy, the CGT Tax Return can be quoted for and sent to the client for review.

What’s in it for you?

For all House Purchase/Sale referrals placed through the software, you will receive a minimum introducer fee of £120.00 (plus VAT) or 0.03% of the property price, whichever is higher. So, if a property price is over £400,000, you would receive higher than the minimum. For example, on a £1 million property an introducer fee of £300 will be paid, and a £5 million property would earn an introducer fee of £1,500.

Our referral system has seen much growth over the last 12 months and we intend to keep implementing further services for you to offer your clients regularly. The House Sale/Purchase referral is another offering which utilises our strategic partner, CTT Law’s expertise.
